Happy soggy Saturday parents,
I hope you’re enjoying some family time, and are not too eager for your youngsters to return to school lol.
Our Spring Gardening/Cooking Camp has been fabulous, with a dozen children having the time of their lives seed-planting, goat-walking, making zucchini spaghetti and a hundred other activities crammed into an action-packed week! Thanks to Amanda and our visiting expert, Angelika Bendrich for their great work with the children.
On Monday a new group will arrive for a week of fun with Eric. (It’s not too late to join, if you’re looking for a productive week for your child(ren).)
They had a great time at the Heritage House too, and there is also space there for 3-5’s next week. Call for more info: 604-510-2588
Huge thanks to everyone who attended our
Gala Fundraiser Pub Night at Jimmy Flynn’s
What a success! We had such a fun time, and we raised over $1000!!
Our band was amazing, we made them keep playing ‘til they dropped: Aimée’s brilliant singing, Eric’s smooth trumpet, Daryn, Matthew, Ray and one more (sorry, don’t know his name) who played a variety of toe-tapping tunes with a spontaneous synchronicity that I marveled at and could have watched all night!
We’ll do it again for our next trip, for all those who missed it!
Thank you so much for this valuable support for our delegates to the United Nations, departing March 24!
